The 15,500 square foot mansion sold last month for a reported $24.5 million.
It was built last year on more than an acre of land on the bluffs of Belvedere Avenue.
It has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, wine cellar, theater and elevator, plus panoramic views of the bay.
Records show the buyer is Lonnie Dorn, an investment manager with the Menlo Park-based Portola Group.
