According to a new survey by Well Fargo, 37 percent of Americans say they don't expect to retire ever. Instead, they think they'll have to work until they're "too sick or die."

In the survey, 59 percent of the respondents said paying their monthly bills was their first priority, 42 percent said both saving and paying bills was not possible and 34 percent said they'll have to work until they're at least 80 because they haven't saved enough.

On the flip side, 50 percent said they're saving enough to retire.
