The Daily Mirror reports merchant Navy ships off the coast of Africa are now blasting some of Spears' hits to scare away some pirates. The pirates apparently can't stand Spears' music.
The Navy is playing, "...Baby One More Time" and "Oops!... I Did it Again."
One Navy officer says the pirates just don't like Western culture or music.
