Martin Abinader was arrested after being accused of serving undercover detectives marijuana along with their ice cream in Belmont.
The bust was part of a six-week investigation.
The 20-year-old had been working at Baskin Robbins since 2008 when he was just 14.
Police don't know how long he'd been serving drugs on the side.
