The Lyrid Meteor Shower may not come until later tonight, but we're already being given a sneak peak.

People in Russia saw the shower Sunday night and caught a glimpse of it on a dashboard camera.

The Lyrid Meteor Shower dates back 2,700 years. The peak days for the meteor shower are Monday and Tuesday, though it is slated to occur from now until the April 26.

You can expect to see 10 to 20 meteors per hour in the early morning.
