SONOMA, Calif. (KGO) -- Family, friends, and colleagues paid their final respects Monday to a University of San Francisco professor killed in a plane crash.

ABC7 News was outside the Nourse Theater in San Francisco for the memorial service of William Goldman.
The 38-year-old died last Thursday when the single-engine plane he was piloting crashed in Sonoma, injuring his two children and their nanny.
Goldman was a professor of International Studies at USF. His grandparents started the renowned Goldman Environmental Prize.
