Employers respond after unemployed Jose becomes Joe

NEW YORK -- Jose Zamora told Buzzfeed.com that he was out of work and sending 50 to 100 resumes a day - with no luck.

Then, one day, he sent out resumes with one letter dropped from his name - and the responses came pouring in, filling up his inbox.
