Reopening CA Photos: Mall, restaurants reopen in Northern California's Yuba City
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The question on everyone's minds - when will businesses in California be able to reopen and when will Gov. Gavin Newsom's stay-at-home order, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, be over.

Monday was the first day businesses could open in Northern California's Sutter County under a modified public health order. Take at look at the photo gallery above for a look at businesses reopening in Yuba City and go here for video of the mall's reopening.
