Concord police locate missing 72-year-old woman

CONCORD, Calif. (KGO) -- Concord police have found an at-risk woman who had been reported missing. Gloria Romero, 72, had been missing since Tuesday night.

Police were worried because she suffers from several medical issues and does not have a car or cellphone.
