NAPA, Calif. (KGO) -- A Napa man is accused of appealing to people's kindness and conning them out of cash.
An officer noticed Joshua Bagg raising money for a group called Cancer Research Foundation for Children. The officer called the number on display and found that the fundraiser was a fraud.
Police say Bagg raised $150 before they stopped him and arrested him on theft charges.
If you gave money to Bagg, contact Napa police to get it back.
