Napa man accused of running cancer charity scam

NAPA, Calif. (KGO) -- A Napa man is accused of appealing to people's kindness and conning them out of cash.

An officer noticed Joshua Bagg raising money for a group called Cancer Research Foundation for Children. The officer called the number on display and found that the fundraiser was a fraud.
