San Jose police investigating fatal hit-and-run

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- San Jose police responded to the scene of a fatal hit-and-run that occurred Saturday morning on King Road, south of Story Road.

A citizen called 911 to report a male down in the roadway, police say. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim is described as a Hispanic male in his 60s. His injuries are consistent with being run over by a vehicle, police say.

There is no suspect or vehicle information at this time.
