Camp Fire: Rainstorm could cause problems for wildfire evacuees in Butte County

CHICO, Calif. (KGO) -- Many displaced by the Camp Fire in Butte County have called a Walmart parking lot in Chico home for more than a week. And now, as rain heads to the area, there are fears of flooding in that dirt lot.
