Daly City has one of the 'hottest' neighborhoods to live in 2015

One of the hottest neighborhoods in the Bay Area is no longer in San Francisco. A new report says Daly City is the place to live.

Specifically, the Crocker neighborhood of Daly City has been named among the top 10 hottest neighborhoods in the United States for 2015 by real estate website Redfin. It comes in at number 9 on the list.

El Cerrito in San Diego is number one. You may remember Bernal Heights in San Francisco took the top spot last year.

Redfin says buyers who are being pushed out of the city because of high prices, but they can still find a deal in nearby Daly City, where the median sale price is $590,000.
