Sacred Heart in Santa Clara County needs help after only receiving 1 turkey

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away, and one local nonprofit is in desperate need of help.

The Sacred Heart Community Service has only one turkey for its annual holiday food program -- just one!

Organizers hope to have more than 7,400 turkeys when they begin handing out food boxes to Santa Clara County families in need.
