SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A fundraising effort is underway to help the rhinos at the San Francisco Zoo.

The goal is to raise $15,000 to build a first-of-its-kind, high tech food dispenser. It's called a foobler.

It looks like a ball, but it's built like a puzzle to encourage the captive animals to forage for food like they would in the wild.

So far, the zoo has raised just over $5,000.

But the zoo needs $15,000 to pay for the special dispenser.
