7 On Your Side helps woman stranded in Turkey after booking with Expedia

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helped a San Francisco woman who booked a trip to Italy through Expedia and got stranded in Turkey.

Laurie Winship booked the trip to Italy with a layover in Turkey, but when she arrived in Turkey the airline attendants told her she wasn't booked for a flight to Italy.

She called Expedia, but the company couldn't explain what happened.
