7 On Your Side helps man get new fridge after repeated repairs

DALY CITY, Calif (KGO) -- What would you do if your brand new refrigerator didn't even get cold? A Daly City man says it happened to him and no one could fix it.

Most extended warranties will replace a faulty appliance, but only after four repairs for the same problem. In this case, technicians kept coming out but our viewer still couldn't get his new fridge. 7 On Your Side stepped in to help. Watch the video above for Michael Finney's full report.
