SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Back-to-school shopping is a big business. Parents will spend an average of $674 per child on back-to-school shopping this year, according to the National Retail Federation. A big chunk of their budget will go toward buying electronics.
But it's still no too late to save. Seven on Your Side's Michael Finney teamed up with Consumer Reports to reveal a few simple tip to help you avoid busting your budget with school supplies. Watch the full story in the video above.
