Car goes over side of WB I-80 in Richmond

RICHMOND, Calif. (KGO) -- A car went over the side of westbound I-80 in Richmond this morning. The crash is blocking two lanes of the freeway

There were reports that the car was speeding before the crash.

There is back up of over four miles headed to the scene.
