Estrada prearranged for an officer to pull over him and his girlfriend, ABC affiliate KTVX-TV reports.

"He told her to get out and as soon as she got out I told her I loved her and when she got out she told me she thought I did something bad and then I got on my knee and asked her to marry me," said Estrada.

He popped the question and his girlfriend said, "yes."
