Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Significant rainfall is expected Friday and Saturday as an intense low pressure system comes into the state. Expected rainfall totals are 2-3 inches in the valleys, locally up to 5 inches in the higher elevations.
