SAUSALITO, Calif. (KGO) -- Heavy rain and strong winds blew into the Bay Area Wednesday night and caused a mudslide in Sausalito.
The slide, first reported around 3 a.m. Thursday, struck homes on Sausalito Boulevard and Crescent Avenue.
At least one home slid into another in the neighborhood.
A woman was inside the home that slid down the hillside and was taken to the hospital. She is expected to recover.
