Shortage of college graduates to come

The Public Policy Institute of California claims that only 35-percent of California's working-age adults will have a four-year degree by that time.

The group says it's a big problem because at least 41-percent of future jobs will require a college degree. Reveal the study's authors say the state can cut the shortage in half, by focusing on long-term goals, not just the short term fixes.
