King City resident Abel Silva was pronounced dead Thursday at about 10:15 a.m., according to a statement released by the coroner's officer.
Silva was fatally wounded by gunfire in a shooting in the southern Monterey County city on Tuesday.
Silva was the second victim involved in the shooting to be pronounced dead by the coroner's office.
An investigation is being conducted by the King City Police Department.
