7:45 - 8:30pm - Basic techniques with partners
8:30 - 9:15pm - Salsa patterns
Friday lessons typically have a smaller turn-out, which results in more one-on-one attention to the attendee. Unlike the Thursday lessons, they also teach more footwork and teach patterns that are flashy and stylish.

ING Greater Body Expo is Official Race Headquarters for the ING Bay to Breakers 12K, and a one-stop-shop for all of your race needs. It is a premiere 2-day health and fitness event with interactive displays, free samples and prizes, and great bargains on apparel and fitness gear. Expo is also the final chance for registered runners to pick up their race packets and timing chips. Late registration is also available for those who want to sign-up at the last minute (we don't have race-day registration or packet pick-up). Race Staff will also be on-hand to assist with Customer Service solutions and distribute participant shirts to those who want theirs before the race.
