They didn't change the bar -- there was typical food, loud music and of course drinks.
Organizers say a mix of all kinds of people turned out, most of them curious about what a church bar is all about.
In addition to a sermon, there was also a bull to ride and a sing-along to country music.
Church members say their first service was a success.
