Officials say gas prices in the last six months have added $5.8 million to the agency's annual cost. The options on the table include doubling the price for a monthly youth pass to $28 and hiking the regular cash fare for adults by 25 cents to $2.
Wednesday's public hearing will be held at 4:00 pm. At Oakland's City Council Chambers at Frank Ogawa Plaza.
