The meeting will allow the public to offer input on the potential environmental impacts and mitigation measures to be considered in the expansion, according to spokesman Linton Johnson.
"People have been talking about extending BART from the Dublin/Pleasanton station to the city of Livermore for years," BART board member Zoyd Luce, who represents the Dublin/Pleasanton and Livermore areas, said in a prepared statement.
The meeting will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Robert Livermore Community Center, located at 4444 East Ave.
