Power restored after SF vault explosion

Power has now been restored to the financial district in San Francisco following an explosion and fire in an underground electrical vault late on Tuesday afternoon.

The blast knocked-out power to several businesses in the area at Drumm Street and California. It disrupted cable car and bus services for a couple of blocks.

No one was hurt, but several streets remain closed. PG&E could not tell us what caused the explosion.
