Make your own herb garden for less than $30:

Fill pot with soil. Use 2-3 inches of potting soil.

Use broken stones or rocks on the bottom of pot to help with drainage.

Put in herbs, add different colors and textures.

You can use edible flowers to add color.

Herbs:

Hardy Herbs: lavender, thyme, oregano and rosemary.

Citrus trees: lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit.

You can buy herbs and edible flowers at your local nursery.
