Juveniles shot multiple times at party
MONTEREY COUNTY, CA Deputies responded to a report of "a loud party with shots fired"
on Handley Drive around 12:30 a.m., police said.
Numerous teenagers reportedly were seen leaving the area on foot
and in cars when the deputies arrived. One teenager said two of his friends
had been shot and taken to a local hospital in a personal vehicle, according
to police.
One victim suffered gunshot wounds to the chest and abdomen, and
the other endured gunshot wounds to the leg and abdomen, police said.
No suspects have been arrested.
