Three Eagle Scouts will never forget the President's visit to Redding Thursday.

President Bush awarded them the White House Volunteer Service award.

The young men are helping lead about 800 Scouts from around the world rebuild the Pacific Crest Trail in the nearby Trinity National Forrest.

It is the largest Scout public works project since World War II.
