The project, a resurfacing of 2.5 miles of pavement on the highway between Scaroni Road and Dimeo Lane, is expected to run from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., causing up to 15-minute delays, according to Caltrans.
One way traffic control in both directions with a pilot car will be in effect when necessary, according to Caltrans.
