Vitamin B not that effective

A new study is suggesting taking vitamin B will not reduce your risk of heart attack or stroke.

Researchers at Haukeland University Hospital in Norway studied more than 3,000 patients with coronary artery disease. They found no difference between patients who took a daily dose of vitamin B and those who did not.

The researchers' findings are consistent with previous studies.

The researchers also said, while heart patients did not benefit from vitamin B, it did not harm them to take it either.
