Well the bad guys know there is money to be had so they start raising funds too.
They say it is for disaster relief, but they simply keep the money for themselves.
There have been many calls going around on the East Coast, but soon the calls will be coming to the West Coast.
So if you want to help the victims of Gustav, that's very good of you, but only give to charities you know and trust.
