San Francisco Police Department horses are also scheduled for a blessing at the event at 133 Golden Gate Ave.
This year marks the 19th annual blessing of the animals event and honors St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of the city.
Pastor Jorge Hernandez will be blessing the animals between noon and 2 p.m.
The same church held a blessing for taxicab drivers in September.
