A big rig with a 53-foot trailer overturned near Bailey Road around 10:25 a.m., CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano said.
There were no reports of injuries.
Only one eastbound lane of the highway was open as of about 10:45 a.m. and there was no estimated time for when the other lanes would be clear.
A Sig-alert was issued for the area at 10:35 a.m.
