Women arrested for drugs, guns

Officers from a Narcotics Enforcement Team served a warrant at a home in the 1000 block of First Street and reported detaining as many as 11 people, according to the Fairfield Police Department. Investigators reported locating approximately 10 ounces of processed marijuana, seven grams of suspected methamphetamine, a meth pipe, a shotgun and two rifles with ammunition.

Police said they arrested Tanya Crow, 44, of Fairfield for possession of marijuana for sale and for being armed in the commission of a felony, Christa Johnson, 48, of Fairfield for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia and parolee Kelly Bixler, 48, for possession of a controlled substance and for violating parole.

Officers from the Vacaville Police Department simultaneously served a second warrant in the 900 block of First Street and located approximately an ounce of methamphetamine and around $500 in cash, according to police. One suspect was taken into custody.
