Officers responded to the 5100 block of Roeder Road at about 1:30 a.m. to a report of a disturbance, according to San Jose police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez.

Arriving officers discovered a house party at the location and found the four victims suffering from stab wounds, Lopez said.

The victims had apparently tried to "crash the party" and ended up getting into a fight with guests at the party, according to Lopez.

The stabbing victims were transported to a local hospital and have since been released, Lopez said.

Several people were detained but Lopez did not know if any arrests had been made.
