The Zoological Society agreed to pay Kulbir and Paul Dhaliwal $900,000 to settle the two brothers' lawsuit. The San Francisco Zoo is pleased with the outcome.

The Dhaliwals' attorney sued the zoo, claiming the walls on the tigers' enclosure were four feet lower than the recommended height.

Carlos Sousa junior's family settled with the zoo earlier this year for an undisclosed amount. The 17-year-old was mauled to death by Tatiana the Siberian tiger.
