Beach Ready Body Workout

Get your body ready for the beach with this simple workout that targets your legs, arms and abs. This is a workout you can do anywhere - at home, at the gym, even on the beach - that doesn't require any additional equipment, just your own body weight.

Dynamic stretch warmup (gets your body ready for exercise; you never want to jump into your workout without some warmup first):

  • Soldier kicks
  • Butt kicks
  • Side squat walk
  • Side to side lunge

Legs and Butt:

  • Lunges - 3 ways


  • Pushups
  • Burpees


  • Plank
  • Crab walk
  • Bicycle
