The group says the Aqua Bomb is one of the worst. It is designed to launch water balloons, but the group says it could be used to launch anything.
Also on the list are the Marshmallow Blaster" and the Toy-Pedo.
The group says parents should read the fine print no matter how hard it is to find.
"Take out the gun, turn it the other way and see a label beneath the toy; there's actually a label stuck on there," James Swartz of WATCH said.
During the past year, there have been 45 recalls which account for about 4 million toys. But the group says because the recall system is voluntary, many dangerous toys slip through the cracks.
