About Mia Chambers:
Naturally artistic, Mia Chambers began her professional career as a dance choreographer. After moving to the Italian countryside, her life and career path changed forever. Mia is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, has worked at Cesar in Berkeley, led culinary tours in Italy and France, and taught as the Executive Chef for Draeger's Cooking School in the Bay Area. Currently, she divides her time between her school Cucina con Mia in Le Marche Italt and teaching at Dragers.
