Centers are currently over-loaded with cats and kittens.

The SPCA is also hosting a huge adoption fair next Saturday. Fifteen different agencies will be showing some of their furry friends.

The SPCA usually helps other shelters but it says it is so overcrowded it is unable to do that right now.

"If we're not able to help the other shelters, unfortunately a lot of the cats are euthanized," San Francisco SPCA spokesperson Daniel Quagliozzi said.

The adoption center is open seven days a week to accommodate any schedule.
