There are popular tourist stops where you might want to pack a box of Kleenex and hand sanitizer. The website has come up with a list of the top five "germiest attractions in the world."

They include Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood -- where visitors just can't resist comparing their hands and feet with the world's biggest stars.

Rounding out the top five are: The "Kiss for Good Luck" Blarney Stone in Ireland, Oscar Wilde's Lipstick-Covered tomb in Paris, Saint Mark's Square in Venice -- a favorite spot of both tourists and pigeons -- and the infamous "Wall of Gum" outside Seattle's Market Theater.
