Investigators traced 19-year-old /*Steven Colver*/, and his 14-year-old girlfriend /*Tyler Witt*/ to a San Francisco hotel, by tracking Colver's credit card and cell phone use.Colver and Witt were arrested last Wednesday at a San Bruno strip mall. The couple is being held without bail, at the El Dorado County jail.
