21-year-old shot to death in Richmond

The shooting was reported at about 11:25 p.m. in the 3500 block of Florida Avenue, police said.

Arriving officers found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation, police said.

No arrests have been made and no suspect information is immediately available, according to police.
