Bo Anthony O'Keefe, 23, was arrested July 6 just after 3 a.m. after a family friend called police to report he had driven away from their home extremely intoxicated, according to the Petaluma Police Department.

Police reported O'Keefe's blood alcohol level to be three times the legal limit when he was pulled over, and he was subsequently arrested on his fourth drunk driving offense. He remains in custody and his bail was set at $30,000.

Officers on Saturday reported pulling over Michael Carney, 45, at around 10:10 p.m. after seeing him run a stop sign. He was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested on DUI charges for the fifth time.

Both men were brought to the attention of DUI enforcement officers when their names were added to a list of habitual DUI offenders as part of the state-funded Habitual DUI Offender Stakeout Program.
