Strip club owner accuses City of coercion

A strip club owner claims the city of San Francisco is trying to close his business because he will not pay off police and other officials.

The city attorney's office asked a judge in July to shut the Heaven Mini Theater on Kearney Street. Officials claim it serves as a front for prostitution.

The club's owner fired his latest charges against police in papers filed in his on-going legal battle against the City.

The two sides will meet in court later in August.
