Study: woman slow to rise at workplace

The study says women were more than three times as likely than men to underrate their bosses' opinion of their performance.

But when it came to rating their own performance, the women were just as confident as the men. The study was based on 251male and female managers across the nation.

It was conducted at the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of management.
